Quick Start with My Newsletters

How do I start editing my email marketing?

  • To create and edit a new email marketing message or e-newsletter, click Create Newsletter under My Quick Links or My Newsletters.
  • To edit an existing message, click the name of the newsletter listed under My Newsletters in the Newsletter Name column.

How many newsletter drafts can I have?

  • You can have as many Newsletter Drafts as you need, but only one Content Editor window open for editing at any one time.
  • If you open newsletter drafts in different windows for editing, the web browser can get confused about which document is being edited. This can cause the content from one newsletter to get added to the other newsletter, overwriting other newsletter content.
  • The easiest way to avoid this problem is to only have one main in MyNewsletterBuilder Acount window open at any given time.
  • You can view as many Newsletter Drafts as you wish in Newsletter Preview windows without causing any issues with your email content. Just use the Preview icon under My Newsletters to open each preview.
  • In addition, you may have as many MyNewsletterBuilder informational windows open as you need, including this Help Center window and the Need Help? on-page pop-up help windows.

How do I send my email message?

  • To send an email marketing message or email newsletter to your email list, click the Send button in the Sent column under View Newsletters.
  • Create your opt-in Email List under My Subscribers > Add Subscribers before you Send.
  • Always check the Preview and send yourself a Preview Email before sending out email newsletters and email marketing.
  • So that each email message has its own tracking, the same newsletter cannot be Sent twice without making a new copy. If you want to Send an email again, click the Copy icon. Make any edits you wish to make to the copied newsletter and Preview before sending. Many users save time by copying and editing existing newsletters each month.

The emails can be sent out with spacing you select, starting from the date of a personal contact or inquiry by email.

This feature allows you to import a newsletter from another user account. To begin, enter the username of the other user’s account and click the Submit button. Then select the newsletter you want to import using the drop-down menu and click the Import button. To access this newsletter, click My Newsletters in the main navigation bar to take you to your Draft Newsletters and scroll to the title of the newsletter you’ve just imported.
