Create and Edit Newsletter Group

A Newsletter Group allows you to quickly publish multiple newsletters for your opt-in email list, newsletter series, or other category with the same search details and group description.

As you create or edit a Newsletter Group, you may add a photo, description, postal code, country, region, frequency, and up to five predefined categories that can be applied quickly to multiple newsletters for better online marketing results.

Group Name
This is required. This can be the name of your newsletter, email list, or common newsletter topic. You may also use your name, business, or organization as the title for this Newsletter Group.

Group Image
This is required. Your photo or logo graphic will be resized to 72 pixels wide or tall. Photos should be saved as a JPEG (.jpg) file in RGB color, or as a GIF (.gif) or PNG (.png) file.

Don’t use other file types such as Bitmap (.bmp), TIFF (.tif), Encapsulated Postscript (.eps), PDF (.pdf), PSD (.psd) or any file in CMYK ink mode. These image file types do not work reliably in web browsers.

Group Categories
These predefined categories suppliment the category you create by setting up this Newsletter Group. Select at least one predefined category and provide other information to help connect your newsletter content with interested readers. Only the first category field is required.

Group Description
This is required. Your group description becomes search marketing content to build your subscriber opt-in email lists, search engine position, and online marketing traffic to your website. Describe the purpose and focus of this newsletter series. Include terms that individuals who are looking for your products or services would use in a search engine. For best results, also use these terms in the article titles and article text of your newsletters.

You do not need to go into depth about your organization or business here. The best place for a rich description of your organization, products or services is in your Publish-to-Web Profile.
