Do I have to use the example colors?
No, it’s your choice. Each template allows you to choose your own font colors. Most templates give you control over headline, article, and background colors as well. Most templates start with black (#000000) type on a white (#FFFFFF) background. Click the color picker icon to change the color of any item.

Will I be able to use the example images?
No, you choose your own images. Images, text and colors in these examples are not part of the template. Examples show just one of the millions of possibilities built into each template, using images, text and color choices as an example of what you can do. Each template allows you to choose your own photos and images.

Aren’t images built-in to the Side Image and Borders and Background templates?
Yes, Borders, Backgrounds and Side Image templates are created with multiple image options which you can select when you create a new newsletter. Before you add articles, it’s a good idea to Preview your newsletter so you can check your selections. To make a new Border, Background, or Side Image selection, click Create Newsletter, select the same template and choose a new image or add (upload) your own background or sidebar images.

How do I copy the style of an example?
If you see a style that you like, it’s easy to create a similar newsletter using any one of our templates. If you like a color scheme in one example, but like the layout of another example, you can select the template with the layout you like and set the colors of a newsletter created with this template to match or be similar to the color scheme in the example. In most cases, you’ll have an easy time clicking on the color picker in the newsletter Content Editor and selecting a color matching or similar to the colors in the example.

Choosing a Template
The first step in creating your newsletter is to select an appropriate layout for the content you will be sending. MyNewsletterBuilder offers almost 100 template layouts, each with options that give you virtually unlimited options.

For Advanced user, we also offer a blank slate – our Advanced Custom/HTML Template allows you to build your template from the ground up to suite your needs. This option features a toggle between HTML Source Editor and a WYSIWYG Content Editor.

You can Convert to HTML any newsletter created in any template. This newsletter is then editable as an Advanced Custom/HTML Template.

Each template has a different look and feel and offers many different content options. Each template has a small preview image that shows you the general feeling that it provides. If you click the image you can see a full size version of the template with sample content. Simply click the “Select This Template” link under the preview image to move on to the next step.
