If your payment is declined or if you do not set your auto-renewal preferences, you will need to renew your account manually before the expiration date to avoid an interuption in service.
Subscribers
Each email address in your account is counted as a subscriber. As per our Terms of Service, all subscribers must have signed up to receive emails from you. Do not assume that every email address you have access to is an opt-in email address. When in doubt, ask first if your friends and colleagues want to be added to your email newsletter list.
We can help you growth your opt-in email lists with the right tools to build your own permission-based email marketing campaign. Your own lists will be more effective and more CAN-SPAM compliant than any list you can buy.
Never add purchased, borrowed, shared, rented or advertised “opt-in” bulk email lists to your email marketing account or your account can be disabled without refund as per our Terms of Service.
