Account Settings

Please review these setting periodically. Expand your email marketing using the extra online marketing features available through the settings below.

How do I update or review my email marketing software preferences?
It’s easy to update and review your preferences using the Account Settings page:

  1. Click on the blue section title bar to open each section for review.
  2. Read the description or click the Need Help? link for the specific section your are reviewing.
  3. If you make changes click the Save button at the bottom of any section to save your work.

Member Profile
These settings include contact information for CAN-SPAM compliance. You may also upload a logo or banner to be used for subscriber and survey pages. (You can personalize individual subscriber and survey pages under the More Features tab.)

Content Editor
Default selections for creating email newsletters: WYSIWYG HTML Content Editor Mode, Auto-Save Editing, Editor Warnings, and optional email newsletter Content Sharing authorization code.

Tracking Analytics
Default selections for tracking email newsletters: Link Tracking Reports and Google Analytics Tracking.

Footer Options
Choose footer language, add tagging for social networking sites like Facebook and StumbleUpon, and select a default pre-made or custom footer for your newsletters.

Network Integration
Options for communicating between JBA Network sites and your email newsletter and email marketing account. Select specific usernames to use to pull event and multimedia content from JBA Network websites. By default, this integration is handled automatically, in most templates, if you are using the same username for all your JBA Network accounts.

Subscriber Information
Choose which email lists (Subscriber Categories) and contact fields (Subscriber Data) will be available when someone subscribes to your newsletter using a link in your newsletter or a form or link on your website. You can choose which Subscriber Categories are selected by default. Also choose which fields are visible and which are required for new subscribers. By default, no fields are required except Email Address and only Email Address, First Name, Last Name, Address, City, State/Province, and Zip/Postal Code are shown.

Subscription Preferences
Modify subscription system responses to subscriber actions. Choose what happens after someone Subscribes, Unsubscribes, or Confirms an email address.
