  1. Set up test accounts using one or more signup forms on the following URLs:
    • /index.php
      • /signup.php
    • /free_trial.php?solution=freetrialsignup
    • /free_trial.php?solution=freetrialsignup_complete
    • /email-marketing/index.php
  2. Deliberately fail to include all inform.
    • Use existing username, read error notice.
    • Use email address for username, read error notice.
    • Use incomplete signup information, read error notice.
    • Check that system generates appropriate guidance for new user signup.
    • Check that system generates appropriate admin notices.
  3. When logged in, check My Account > Settings first for proper setup.
    • Visually inspect all settings.
    • Spot check changing and saving a setting.
    • Check uploading an Account Logo (default header for email list subscription preferences and surveys).
    • Spot check changing the footer language and selecting a new email footer with social marketing links.
    • My Account > Settings > Integrated Network > Logout Options, change to Logout of all JBA Network sites to test cross-site logout.
    • My Account > Settings > Integrated Network > JukeBoxAlive Templates, add a pre-populated Musician or Music Promoter account username for testing music and audio-video email templates.
    • My Account > Settings > Subscriber Information > Subscriber Data, make First Name a required field.
